It works again. But I have to use a different computer for some reason. If you have a Multimeter you can test your batteries too. If they drop below 8.5 volts, forget about writin a cart. (thats less than a tenth of a volt a piece)

Also my cart was looped. (stuck) I dont know how come. Thankfully though I got a program called little writer that let me reformat the card when nothing else was working. (thanks for the info!)

I am happy with my cart once again.

When i get past the whole intro and enter the world map and talk to the djinn, he teaches me how to use the djinn stuff, BUT IT QUEERILY FREEZES RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT!!!!!  I dont know if my rom is corrupt, or if the emu is just not fully compatable, bit i would really aprieciate it if someone could help me out.

I just got my 256 cart and had to get Flash Advance Writer 3.0 to use it but every time I start it it says "Could not find DriverLINX Driver" I saw the new post here at the 64 that said

" It seems that WindowsXP users have problems running the Flash Advance Writer software, it simply says "driverLINX error"... Thanks to Rowan this problem has been solved, as he went searching for a solution, Visoly being of absolutely no help. Well he found a program called port95nt.exe which is a program to properly install the driverLINX driver (in win 95/nt/xp). Click here to download the program.
NEW TOOL: LITTLEWRITER V1.0.3.11 BETA

So I downloaded it and installed it and thought it would fix it
just like that but I'me still getting the same error can someone help I have some C++ knoledge but not much

Hi, thanks for the reply

That would make sense, I don't know if the new GB Bridge has any electronics or just the switch/sensor notch, and shutting the power of the CPU that is not in use would make sense for power preservation.

But on http://www.gbaemu.com/ I saw that someone is writing a GB emulator for the GBA, it could be buggy but if it does the same job as the PocketNes 5 it will be good enough.

So here's the issue.

While I try to flash e.g. Doom and another 64Mbit game (tried also with Total Soccer and Casino) - so generally two 64Mbit roms - I got the message - File can not be recorded (or something very simmilar) - I checked the filesize, 0's on the end - still nothing

Can anyone help me, please?!

PS. I use the original software (2.0) I got with Flash Linker

If you can't open your gba you can also get rid of the cover with some very strong glue tape,as stated on pocket.ign.com.Haven't tried it though.

Nope. Only with a native GBC copy device.
