Function Reference Manual.

As indicated on the website itself, this manual contains proprietary
information of Nintendo. Displaying it publicly violates Nintendo's
intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright
and trade secret rights.

Please confirm that the Nintendo 64R Function Reference Manual has been
removed from the website <http://n64.icequake.net/doc/n64func/>.
