This is one of the 5000 or so (the number is only an aproximation) U64 Indy-devkits that SGI produced for the Big N. I always wanted to have one, as it looked so mystich to me. It took me some time to get one. Please let me tell you how. It started back in 2002, when I started having some money to spend.

Firstly, through Nekochan, on the forums I met a guy who sold me the first "surprise" in my whole life : a U64 board, broken.
Which he was obviously selling as flawlessy working.
Yeah, that was a great experience. But I wouldn't suggest you to try it.
On the same forum some months later I was able to accidentally meet a topic in which a japanese guy was writing about a U64 board seen in Akihabara.
I knew this was my chance.

I think I don't have to say I then immediatly pvt messaged him about it. He told me that the board was sold very cheap, since it apparently was broken. I buyed it anyway, hoping to at least be able to maybe replace the broken/missing pieces of the other one. I payed 30 Euro for that "fried" potato. He sent it to me, while in the meantime I got my hands on an SGI Indy workstation.

By the time both arrived, I was ready to install everything. It took some work, especially installing the IRIX OS in the Indy that,
being the bitch diskless, imposed me to get a SCSI hdd too, as well as a VGA SYNCH adaptor for my (at the time) Nokia Monitor, and install everything via Linux and tftp on it.

    That was great.
One of my best hacking experiences in my whole life. It worked just flawlessy. Enjoy.
