Introducing the first upgrade from Stylex Communications, the z64SQ.



Advantages.

The "SQ" uses your choice of a Syquest SparQ 1.0GB or a SyJet 1.5GB drive.

- 1.0/1.5GB per cart. Currently one cart can hold 100+ games. (Average game 8-12Meg)
- Twice as fast as the EIDE Zip drive.
- SparQ loads a 128m *.v64 format game in 15 seconds.
- SyJet loads a 128m *.v64 format game in 13 seconds.
- Rewritable carts. - Low cost SparQ 1.0GB Carts. Average $35 each, $99 for three.


Please note that this upgrade if used incorrectly can result in damage to your z64 and/or to the selected drive of choice.



Price

This upgrade kit comes in a number of configurations. Users that wish to upgrade on their own may do so by downloading the flashable version of this BIOS. Others that wish to buy this kit from Stylex may do so for $75 US. Kit includes a special protected BIOS chip so you can revert back to your zip drive at any time. Kit also includes full documentation and tech support.
