07.28.2000 HYPE TIME QUEST FOR THE N64 CANCELLED I mailed Ubisoft and asked them about the N64 version of Hype Time Quest, you know.. the Playmobile game, and the guy from the Technical support division confirmed that the N64 version is cancelled. Well there it goes, one of the games I've been waiting for right down the drain. I will be posting some videos from the game soon tho. But who knows it may have been Rtool64 screwing up when I tried, please report if you did or didnt have problems applying the fix. But there will be atleast one game i'm really looking forward to, which is Mario Tennis, released in Japan later this month. I'm not really that much of a sports freak and definately not Golf, but I actually enjoyed Mario Golf, heck after playing the rom for a few days I went out and bought the friggin cartridge, heh. Anyway I believe Mario Tennis will be just a much run and it'll definately be one of those games I gotta own too, now I just have to wait for the PAL version which probably wont be released anytime soon, blah. Epoch is back with another Doraemon game, the third N64 installment, which actually might turn out to be quite nice too. The US isnt getting a lot of nice games this month, they all look pretty bad, except for Armymen Air Combat which will kick ass, a little bit atleast. One which sure sucks is Carmageddon, which already is out in Europe, I'm telling you... that game is bad, completely unplayable. Europe this month? well nothing there at all except for the old Winback game and it has already been dumped.
