Convert cartridges between any system of Nintendo 64, shich means that it changes the country
code so that any game will run in any country. But note that it cant change the video signal,
so a NTSC game will flicker on a PAL tv and vice versa, unless you have a TV capable of showing
the NTSC signal, like a Sony TV.
